Zhang Zeqing said, “There are 106 construction processes in the entire workshop, and we hope to realize the intelligence of most of the processes.” Taking the grinding of steel plate incisions as an example, in the past, workers had to hold grinders to perform the work, which was filled with smoke and dust and caused great noise. With the automatic grinding machine, the steel bar transportation and grinding operations are streamlined, and the cuts are smooth and regular. The labor intensity of workers is significantly reduced, and the construction quality and efficiency are significantly improved. “Our sense of gain is stronger.” Zhang Zeqing said with emotion. Embracing digitalization, the traditional manufacturing industry is revitalized. Starting from the structural prefabrication workshop, the digital upgrade of COOEC Tianjin Intelligent Manufacturing Base is slowly opening. Currently, the second phase of the project is under construction and is expected to be ready for production by the end of October this year.
As the progress of the project continues to improve, this major project with a total area of ​​approximately 575,100 square meters and a total investment of approximately 4 billion yuan will be completed. By then, the base will have formed four major intelligent production centers consisting of plane segmented production lines, process pipeline production lines, structural pipeline production lines and automated three-dimensional warehouses to build an intelligent manufacturing and research and development platform for marine engineering intelligent manufacturing, oil and gas field operation and maintenance, and original innovation in offshore engineering technology. A comprehensive base that integrates other functions. I believe that the development of artificial intelligence in the future will continue to be brilliant, and the future is promising!
